"I’ve been living at Evergreen for about 13 years now and I have to say, the staff here is amazing. Yesi, our maintenance tech, is always making sure orders get done immediately. I’d send him a text in the morning and by the afternoon, he’d text me with pictures that the job was done. He’s extremely attentive and I have to say AMC Management is lucky to have someone like Yesi on their team!"

"It's a good place to live in, Martha was very helpful in the process and making it easy to apply. We needed some minor maintenance and it was looked and taken care of right away."
